2.3.05.education/schooling: finding information on education and courses (universities, colleges, schools, including e-learning)  and enrollment. Searching for information and library references.

2.3.06. Employment: searching for news on employment, looking for a job, information on hiring, social and pension benefits and funds.

2.3.07. Health: searching for information on public health system, private practices, alternative medicine, drug surveillance and health insurance.

2.3.08. Interest groups: searching for information on society groups, voluntary organizations, special interest groups, discussion groups, notice boards, etc.

2.3.09. Business; searching for corporate information and using the intranet and extranet for business connections.
